Who is Garnet? Hi, I’m Garnet – a 23 yr old chica living in Austin. My interest in metaphysical studies and Tarot began in high school, but I never really pursued it until college. While I grew spiritually through my religious path, my interest in Tarot didn’t take off until I graduated from college. Now I realize that this is the time the cards were waiting for, so they kept themselves on my backburner until I was ready to give them the time they deserve. I particularly enjoy reading for others (mostly for friends right now) and I’d like to grow my practice and read more publicly. I’ve studied the cards a great deal on my own, but I feel that now is the time to reach out to other Tarot lovers to learn, teach (teaching’s my day job), and just generally enjoy the wider Tarot community. Currently, my goals are to attend any and every Tarot workshop/class/meetup I can to meet new friends and learn from them and to also begin reading for others.
